To make your tea just Soak, Squeeze, Stir and Serve!
Soak:
Simply add one bag to a 1-5 gallon container, fill with water and steep for 1-3 days. Important! If your water is chlorinated, let it sit for 24 hrs before adding tea bag.
Squeeze:
Squeeze the tea bag to get all the goodness out.
Stir:
Stirring adds oxygen, which is essential to enliven the previously dormant microbes. Stir in a vortex, then change directions. Stir every day.
Serve:
